Good Baby

A pregnant lady is waiting in a clinic for her turn to checkup.

A kid came to her and said " What is in your Stomach"

Lady replied " this is a baby "

Again kid asked " was this a good baby"

Woman said" yes this is a very good baby"

Finally with a heavy heart kid replied

" if this kid was very good then why did you eat that"
