2. We are looking for your contribution in terms of animated banner prepared electronically in the size of 468 Pixels x 60 Pixels. The same should be emailed to us at contest@coolbuddy.com

3. The contest will remain open for complete year ending on December 31, 2003. There is no limit to the number of prizes been distributed and each chosen entry shall receive a cash reward of Rs. 5000 or $100..

4. The Coolbuddy team reserves the right to reproduce the submission in any media. The selected entries will be added to the database of banner for our advertisement purposes.

6. Please ensure that the work sent to us is absolutely original. Any contravention to this or any plagiarization will disqualify your submission. The candidate will be deemed responsible for any copyright violation.

7. The work once sent, will not be returned to you. It will become a property of the site . All rights ( including Intellectual Property Rights ) to your work shall get automatically transferred to us after its submission. We also keep the discretion to reproduce your work whether in part or in full for all times to come.

1. This contest is open to all persons other than the employees of www.Coolbuddy.com team and their families.

2. The Prizes will be delivered at addresses within India only. (It means that even if you are resident outside India, you need to give an Indian address only. The prize will be sent through courier at that address in case of your winning the weekly contest) .

3. Mere participation in the contest does not entitle you to win a prize.

4. The selection of the best work is subject to the discretion of the Coolbuddy selection panel. The decision of the Jury in this matter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained on the same. .The selection of the best work would be adjudged on the following parameters - Creativity , Uniqueness, Relevance to the Media, Visuals, Ideation and the written content.

5. The winner will be intimated individually at the email address provided by him or her.

6. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable .

7. Participants must be agreeable to receiving information from the sponsors on their e-mail/postal addresses.

9. This contest will be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the contest will be decided in arbitration of Delhi High Court only.
