We seek to explore and promote the creative talent that lies latent in so many
of us through this contest. 2.
We are looking for your contribution in terms of animated buddy prepared electronically
in the size of 48 Pixels x 48 Pixels. The same should be emailed to us at icons@coolbuddy.com 3.
This is a monthly contest and will open throughout the year. There is no restriction
on number of icon submitted by one individual
4. All in all 10 best icons
will be choosen per month each winning $ 2 and there is no ristriction on number
of winning entries per individual. hence one person can win upto $ 20 per month. 5.
The Coolbuddy team reserves
the right to reproduce the submission in any media. The selected entries will
be added to the database of icons. 6.
Please ensure that the work sent to us is absolutely original. Any contravention
to this or any plagiarization will disqualify your submission. The candidate will
be deemed responsible for any copyright violation. 7.
The work once sent, will not be returned to you. It will become a property of
the site . All rights ( including Intellectual Property Rights ) to your work
shall get automatically transferred to us after its submission. We also keep the
discretion to reproduce your work whether in part or in full for all times to
come. 8. Please
give details about yourself like name, age, sex, contact address, contact phone
& email address along with your entry.

This contest is open to all persons other than the employees of www.Coolbuddy.com
team and their families.
2. Mere participation in the contest does not
entitle you to win a prize.
3. The selection of the best work is subject
to the discretion of the Coolbuddy selection panel. The decision of the Jury in
this matter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained
on the same. .The selection of the best work would be adjudged on the following
parameters - Creativity , Uniqueness, Relevance to the Media, Visuals, Ideation
and the written content.
4. The winner will be intimated individually
at the email address provided by him or her.
5. Prizes are neither transferable
nor exchangeable .
6. Participants must be agreeable to receiving information
from the sponsors on their e-mail/postal addresses.
7. The Management
of Coolbuddy.com reserves the right to cancel / postpone /stop this promotional
activity at its discretion.
8. This contest will be governed by &
construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect
to the contest will be decided in arbitration of Delhi High Court only.
9. Your participation in the contest will be construed as an acceptance of the
above stated rules & regulations.
